A claim of privilege, whether in the present proceeding or\n\nupon a prior occasion, is not a proper subject of comment by judge\n\nor counsel. No inference may be drawn therefrom.\n\nB. In jury cases, proceedings shall be conducted, to the extent\n\npracticable, so as to facilitate the making of claims of privilege\n\nwithout the knowledge of the jury.\n\nC.
