The expert’s scientific, technical, or other specialized\n\nknowledge will help the trier of fact to understand the evidence or\n\nto determine a fact in issue;\n\n2. The testimony is based upon sufficient facts or data;\n\n3. The testimony is the product of reliable principles and\n\nmethods; and\n\n4.
