Stat. tit. 12, § 12-31.1","heading":"Removal of records or files from office of court clerk","body":"Only officers of the court or persons, firms or corporations\n\nholding a certificate of authority pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nAbstractors Law, Section 227.10 et seq. of Title 74 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes and other authorized court personnel may remove records or\n\ncase files from the office of the court clerk for a period not to\n\nexceed twenty-four (24) hours.
