Stat. tit. 12, § 12-3229","heading":"Stipulations regarding discovery procedure","body":"\n\nUnless the court orders otherwise, the parties may by written\n\nstipulation:\n\n1. Provide that depositions may be taken before any person, at\n\nany time or place, upon any notice, and in any manner and when so\n\ntaken may be used like other depositions; and\n\n2. Modify other procedures governing or limitations placed upon\n\ndiscovery, except that stipulations extending the time provided in\n\nSections 3226, 3233, 3234 and 3236 of this title for responses to\n\ndiscovery may, if they would interfere with any time set for\n\ncompletion of discovery, be made only with the approval of the\n\ncourt.
