The disqualification of subsection A of Section 9 of this\n\nact applies to a collaborative lawyer representing a party with or\n\nwithout fee.\n\nB. After a collaborative law process concludes, another lawyer\n\nin a law firm with which a collaborative lawyer disqualified under\n\nsubsection A of Section 9 of this act is associated may represent a\n\nparty without fee in the collaborative matter or a matter related to\n\nthe collaborative matter if:\n\n1. The party has an annual income that qualifies the party for\n\nfree legal representation under the criteria established by the law\n\nfirm for free legal representation;\n\n2. The collaborative law participation agreement so provides;\n\nand\n\n3.
