The disqualification of subsection A of Section 9 of this\n\nact applies to a collaborative lawyer representing a party that is a\n\ngovernment or governmental subdivision, agency, or instrumentality.\n\nB. After a collaborative law process concludes, another lawyer\n\nin a law firm with which the collaborative lawyer is associated may\n\nrepresent a government or governmental subdivision, agency, or\n\ninstrumentality in the collaborative matter or a matter related to\n\nthe collaborative matter if:\n\n1. The collaborative law participation agreement so provides;\n\nand\n\n2.
