Stat. tit. 12, § 12-3312","heading":"Disclosure of information","body":"DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION.\n\nExcept as provided by law other than this act, during the\n\ncollaborative law process, on the request of another party, a party\n\nshall make timely, full, candid, and informal disclosure of\n\ninformation related to the collaborative matter without formal\n\ndiscovery. A party also shall update promptly previously disclosed\n\ninformation that has materially changed.
