Subject to Sections 18 and 19 of this act, a collaborative\n\nlaw communication is privileged under subsection B of this section,\n\nis not subject to discovery, and is not admissible in evidence.\n\nB. In a proceeding, the following privileges apply:\n\n1. A party may refuse to disclose, and may prevent any other\n\nperson from disclosing, a collaborative law communication; and\n\n2. A nonparty participant may refuse to disclose, and may\n\nprevent any other person from disclosing, a collaborative law\n\ncommunication of the nonparty participant.\n\nC.
