Stat. tit. 12, § 12-35","heading":"Powers and duties of clerks - Statistical and other","body":"information for Supreme Court, President Pro Tempore of Senate and\n\nSpeaker of House.\n\nThe clerks of each of the courts shall exercise the powers and\n\nperform the duties imposed upon them by the statutes of this state\n\nand by the common law. The clerks of each of the courts of record\n\nshall furnish without cost to the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and to\n\nthe President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House\n\nof Representatives such statistical and other information as the\n\ncourt or Legislature may require, including, but without being\n\nlimited to, the number and classification of cases:\n\n1. Filed with the court;\n\n2. Disposed of by the court, and the manner of such\n\ndisposition; and\n\n3.
