Stat. tit. 12, § 12-412","heading":"Procedure","body":"In the case of proceedings before a committee that two-thirds\n\n(2/3) of the members of the full committee shall by affirmative vote\n\nhave authorized such witness, to be granted immunity under this act\n\nwith respect to the transactions, matters or things concerning which\n\nhe is compelled, after having claimed his privilege against self-\n\nincrimination, to testify or produce evidence by direction of the\n\npresiding officer and that an order of the district or superior\n\ncourt for the county wherein the inquiry is being carried on has\n\nbeen entered into the record requiring said person to testify or\n\nproduce evidence. Such an order may be issued by a district or\n\nsuperior court judge upon application by a duly authorized\n\nrepresentative of the House of Representatives or Senate or of the\n\ncommittee concerned. Neither house nor any committee thereof nor\n\nany joint committee of the two houses of the Legislature shall grant\n\nimmunity to any witness without first having notified the Attorney\n\nGeneral of the State of Oklahoma of such action and thereafter\n\nhaving secured the approval of the district or superior court for\n\nthe county wherein the inquiry is being held. The Attorney General\n\nof the State of Oklahoma shall be notified of the time of each\n\nproposed application to the district or superior court and shall be\n\ngiven an opportunity to be heard with respect thereto prior to the\n\nentrance into the record of the order of the district or superior\n\ncourt.
