Stat. tit. 12, § 12-708","heading":"Form and proof of notice - Fee","body":"A printed docket or other written notice, setting forth the\n\nstyle of the cause and the day that the same is set for trial or\n\nhearing, may be mailed, by registered mail, by the court clerk or\n\nopposing counsel, addressed to the Attorney General or the assistant\n\nAttorney General appearing as attorney of record for the State of\n\nOklahoma, not less than ten (10) days prior to the date set for such\n\ntrial or hearing, and the registry return of such notice shall be\n\nsufficient proof of the notice herein required.
