Stat. tit. 12, § 12-737","heading":"Priority among executions","body":"When two or more writs of execution against the same debtor\n\nshall be sued out during the term in which judgment was rendered, or\n\nwithin ten (10) days thereafter, and when two or more writs of\n\nexecution against the same debtor shall be delivered to the officer\n\non the same day, no preference shall be given to either of such\n\nwrits; but if a sufficient sum of money be not made to satisfy all\n\nsuch executions, the amount made shall be distributed to the several\n\ncreditors in proportion to the amount of their respective demands.\n\nIn all other cases, the writ of execution first delivered to the\n\nofficer shall be first satisfied.
