Stat. tit. 12, § 12-74","heading":"Supreme Court rules","body":"The Justices of the Supreme Court shall meet every two (2) years\n\nduring the month of June at the capitol of the state and revise\n\ntheir general rules, and make such amendments thereto as may be\n\nrequired to carry into effect the provisions of this Code, and shall\n\nmake such further rules consistent therewith as they may deem\n\nproper.
