Stat. tit. 12, § 12-942","heading":"Costs which judges are required to award","body":"A judge of any court of this state may award the following as\n\ncosts:\n\n1. Any fees assessed by the court clerk or the clerk of the\n\nappellate court;\n\n2. Reasonable expenses for the giving of notice, including\n\nexpenses for service of summons and other judicial process and\n\nexpenses for publication;\n\n3. Statutory witness fees and reasonable expenses for service\n\nof subpoenas;\n\n4. Costs of copying papers necessarily used at trial, limited\n\nto the amount authorized by law. If no amount is specified, costs\n\nof copying papers shall be limited to ten cents ($0.10) per page;\n\n5. Transcripts of the trial or another proceeding that the\n\ncourt determines are necessary to resolve the case;\n\n6. Reasonable expenses for taking and transcribing deposition\n\ntestimony, for furnishing copies to the witness and opposing\n\ncounsel, and for recording deposition testimony on videotape, but\n\nnot to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per two-hour videotape,\n\nunless the court determines that a particular deposition was neither\n\nreasonable nor necessary; and\n\n7.
