Where only the payment of money is awarded, no execution or\n\nother proceeding shall be taken for the enforcement of the judgment,\n\ndecree or final order until ten (10) days after the judgment, decree\n\nor order is filed with the court clerk. Asset hearing proceedings\n\nshall not be stayed under this section.\n\nB. Where relief other than the payment of money is awarded or\n\nwhere relief in addition to the payment of money is awarded, the\n\nenforcement of the judgment, decree or final order shall be stayed\n\nuntil ten (10) days after the judgment, decree or order is filed\n\nwith the court clerk, but the court, in its discretion, may impose\n\nany conditions on the parties that are necessary for the protection\n\nof the property or interests that are the subject of the action,\n\nincluding distribution of part or all of the property involved where\n\nthe court requires the filing of a superseded bond.\n\nC. This section shall not apply in actions for divorce,\n\nseparate maintenance, annulment, post-decree matrimonial\n\nproceedings, paternity, custody, adoption, termination of parental\n\nrights, juvenile matters, probate proceedings, habeas corpus\n\nproceedings, special executions in foreclosures, conservatorship or\n\nguardianship proceedings, mental health, quiet title actions, and\n\npartition proceedings or actions, involving temporary or permanent\n\ninjunctions, proceedings under the Small Claims Procedure Act, writs\n\nof assistance in foreclosure, and other real property actions, post-\n\njudgment replevin, and forcible entry and detainer proceedings. The\n\ncourt, in its discretion, may impose any conditions that are\n\nnecessary to protect the interests of the parties in such actions.\n\nD.
