Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-1-9-326","heading":"Priority of security interests created by new debtor","body":"PRIORITY OF SECURITY INTERESTS CREATED BY NEW DEBTOR\n\n(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, a security\n\ninterest that is created by a new debtor in collateral in which the\n\nnew debtor has or acquires rights and perfected by a filed financing\n\nstatement that would be ineffective to perfect the security interest\n\nbut for the application of Section 1-9-508 of this title or Section\n\n1-9-508 and paragraph (l) of subsection (i) of Section 1-9-316 of\n\nthis title is subordinate to a security interest in the same\n\ncollateral which is perfected other than by such a filed financing\n\nstatement.\n\n(b) The other provisions of this part determine the priority\n\namong conflicting security interests in the same collateral\n\nperfected by filed financing statements described in subsection (a)\n\nof this section.
