Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-2-317","heading":"Cumulation and Conflict of Warranties Express or","body":"Implied.\n\nWarranties whether express or implied shall be construed as\n\nconsistent with each other and as cumulative, but if such\n\nconstruction is unreasonable the intention of the parties shall\n\ndetermine which warranty is dominant.
