Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-2-606","heading":"What Constitutes Acceptance of Goods","body":"(1) Acceptance of goods occurs when the buyer\n\n(a) after a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods\n\nsignifies to the seller that the goods are conforming\n\nor that he will take or retain them in spite of their\n\nnonconformity; or\n\n(b) fails to make an effective rejection (subsection (1)\n\nof Section 2-602), but such acceptance does not occur\n\nuntil the buyer has had a reasonable opportunity to\n\ninspect them; or\n\n(c) does any act inconsistent with the seller's ownership;\n\nbut if such act is wrongful as against the seller it\n\nis an acceptance only if ratified by him.\n\n(2) Acceptance of a part of any commercial unit is acceptance of\n\nthat entire unit.","path":["OK Code","Title 12A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os12A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"91e2130c70331347013dacbdcc9870820d620e155d61127dd777cd10485a0754","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-2-605","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-2-607"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
