Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-2-608","heading":"Revocation of Acceptance in Whole or in Part","body":"(1) The buyer may revoke his acceptance of a lot or commercial\n\nunit whose nonconformity substantially impairs its value to him if\n\nhe has accepted it\n\n(a) on the reasonable assumption that its nonconformity\n\nwould be cured and it has not been seasonably cured; or\n\n(b) without discovery of such nonconformity if his\n\nacceptance was reasonably induced either by the difficulty of\n\ndiscovery before acceptance or by the seller's assurances.\n\n(2) Revocation of acceptance must occur within a reasonable\n\ntime after the buyer discovers or should have discovered the ground\n\nfor it and before any substantial change in condition of the goods\n\nwhich is not caused by their own defects.
