Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-2-611","heading":"Retraction of Anticipatory Repudiation","body":"(1) Until the repudiating party's next performance is due he can\n\nretract his repudiation unless the aggrieved party has since the\n\nrepudiation cancelled or materially changed his position or\n\notherwise indicated that he considers the repudiation final.\n\n(2) Retraction may be by any method which clearly indicates to\n\nthe aggrieved party that the repudiating party intends to perform,\n\nbut must include any assurance justifiably demanded under the\n\nprovisions of this article (Section 2-609).\n\n(3) Retraction reinstates the repudiating party's rights under\n\nthe contract with due excuse and allowance to the aggrieved party\n\nfor any delay occasioned by the repudiation.","path":["OK Code","Title 12A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os12A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"106036d9459a2a5648135662583c6e7c070b27d5a245c3d9c01cc65428b21efd","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-2-610","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-2-612"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
