Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-2-612","heading":"\"Installment Contract\"; Breach","body":"(1) An \"installment contract\" is one which requires or\n\nauthorizes the delivery of goods in separate lots to be separately\n\naccepted, even though the contract contains a clause \"each delivery\n\nis a separate contract\" or its equivalent.\n\n(2) The buyer may reject any installment which is nonconforming\n\nif the nonconformity substantially impairs the value of that\n\ninstallment and cannot be cured or if the nonconformity is a defect\n\nin the required documents; but if the nonconformity does not fall\n\nwithin subsection (3) and the seller gives adequate assurance of its\n\ncure the buyer must accept that installment.\n\n(3) Whenever nonconformity or default with respect to one or\n\nmore installments substantially impairs the value of the whole\n\ncontract there is a breach of the whole.
