Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-2-704","heading":"Seller's Right to Identify Goods to the Contract","body":"Notwithstanding Breach or to Salvage Unfinished Goods.\n\n(1) An aggrieved seller under the preceding section may\n\n(a) identify to the contract conforming goods not already\n\nidentified if at the time he learned of the breach they are in his\n\npossession or control;\n\n(b) treat as the subject of resale goods which have\n\ndemonstrably been intended for the particular contract even though\n\nthose goods are unfinished.\n\n(2) Where the goods are unfinished an aggrieved seller may in\n\nthe exercise of reasonable commercial judgment for the purposes of\n\navoiding loss and of effective realization either complete the\n\nmanufacture and wholly identify the goods to the contract or cease\n\nmanufacture and resell for scrap or salvage value or proceed in any\n\nother reasonable manner.","path":["OK Code","Title 12A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os12A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7c5dda7d0c7a26394a0547cf7bcdeab57104398a3e75f021205d188b83c34c5f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-2-703","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-2-705"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
