Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-2-714","heading":"Buyer's Damages for Breach in Regard to Accepted Goods","body":"\n\n(1) Where the buyer has accepted goods and given notification\n\n(subsection (3) of Section 2-607) he may recover as damages for any\n\nnonconformity of tender the loss resulting in the ordinary course of\n\nevents from the seller's breach as determined in any manner which is\n\nreasonable.\n\n(2) The measure of damages for breach of warranty is the\n\ndifference at the time and place of acceptance between the value of\n\nthe goods accepted and the value they would have had if they had\n\nbeen as warranted, unless special circumstances show proximate\n\ndamages of a different amount.\n\n(3) In a proper case any incidental and consequential damages\n\nunder the next section may also be recovered.","path":["OK Code","Title 12A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os12A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7d443bcea467b48678d5869f9fba962b613f1cb6830b61268e17f1ab2531e028","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-2-713","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-2-715"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
