Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-2A-403","heading":"Retraction of anticipatory repudiation","body":"RETRACTION OF ANTICIPATORY REPUDIATION\n\n(1) Until the repudiating party's next performance is due, the\n\nrepudiating party can retract the repudiation unless, since the\n\nrepudiation, the aggrieved party has cancelled the lease contract or\n\nmaterially changed the aggrieved party's position or otherwise\n\nindicated that the aggrieved party considers the repudiation final.\n\n(2) Retraction may be by any method that clearly indicates to\n\nthe aggrieved party that the repudiating party intends to perform\n\nunder the lease contract and includes any assurance demanded under\n\nSection 41 of this act.\n\n(3) Retraction reinstates a repudiating party's rights under a\n\nlease contract with due excuse and allowance to the aggrieved party\n\nfor any delay occasioned by the repudiation.","path":["OK Code","Title 12A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os12A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6fed9e37f5fe9a045bc9516fd684b077808f5bf170095e8c064ed1c74e8076b9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-2a-402","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-2a-404"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
