Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-2A-510","heading":"Installment lease contracts; rejection and default","body":"INSTALLMENT LEASE CONTRACTS; REJECTION AND\n\nDEFAULT\n\n(1) Under an installment lease contract a lessee may reject any\n\ndelivery that is nonconforming if the nonconformity substantially\n\nimpairs the value of that delivery and cannot be cured or the\n\nnonconformity is a defect in the required documents; but if the\n\nnonconformity does not fall within subsection (2) of this section\n\nand the lessor or the supplier gives adequate assurance of its cure,\n\nthe lessee must accept that delivery.\n\n(2) Whenever nonconformity or default with respect to one or\n\nmore deliveries substantially impairs the value of the installment\n\nlease contract as a whole there is a default with respect to the\n\nwhole.
