Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-2A-517","heading":"Revocation of Acceptance of Goods","body":"REVOCATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS\n\n(1) A lessee may revoke acceptance of a lot or commercial unit\n\nwhose nonconformity substantially impairs its value to the lessee if\n\nthe lessee has accepted it:\n\n(a) except in the case of a finance lease, on the\n\nreasonable assumption that its nonconformity would be\n\ncured and it has not been seasonably cured; or\n\n(b) without discovery of the nonconformity if the lessee's\n\nacceptance was reasonably induced either by the\n\nlessor's assurances or, except in the case of a\n\nfinance lease, by the difficulty of discovery before\n\nacceptance.\n\n(2) Except in the case of a finance lease that is not a\n\nconsumer lease, a lessee may revoke acceptance of a lot or\n\ncommercial unit if the lessor defaults under the lease contract and\n\nthe default substantially impairs the value of that lot or\n\ncommercial unit to the lessee.\n\n(3) If the lease agreement so provides, the lessee may revoke\n\nacceptance of a lot or commercial unit because of other defaults by\n\nthe lessor.\n\n(4) Revocation of acceptance must occur within a reasonable\n\ntime after the lessee discovers or should have discovered the ground\n\nfor it and before any substantial change in condition of the goods\n\nwhich is not caused by the nonconformity.
