Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-3-111","heading":"Place of payment","body":"PLACE OF PAYMENT\n\nExcept as otherwise provided for items in Article 4 of this\n\ntitle, an instrument is payable at the place of payment stated in\n\nthe instrument. If no place of payment is stated, an instrument is\n\npayable at the address of the drawee or maker stated in the\n\ninstrument. If no address is stated, the place of payment is the\n\nplace of business of the drawee or maker. If a drawee or maker has\n\nmore than one place of business, the place of payment is any place\n\nof business of the drawee or maker chosen by the person entitled to\n\nenforce the instrument.
