Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-3-119","heading":"Notice of Right to Defend Action","body":"NOTICE OF RIGHT TO DEFEND ACTION\n\nIn an action for breach of an obligation for which a third\n\nperson is answerable over pursuant to this article or Article 4 of\n\nthis title, the defendant may give the third person notice of the\n\nlitigation in a record, and the person notified may then give\n\nsimilar notice to any other person who is answerable over.
