Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-3-403","heading":"Unauthorized Signature","body":"UNAUTHORIZED SIGNATURE\n\n(a) Unless otherwise provided in this article or Article 4 of\n\nthis title, an unauthorized signature is ineffective except as the\n\nsignature of the unauthorized signer in favor of a person who in\n\ngood faith pays the instrument or takes it for value.
