Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-3-410","heading":"Acceptance Varying Draft","body":"ACCEPTANCE VARYING DRAFT\n\n(a) If the terms of a drawee's acceptance vary from the terms\n\nof the draft as presented, the holder may refuse the acceptance and\n\ntreat the draft as dishonored.
