Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-4-102","heading":"Applicability","body":"APPLICABILITY\n\n(a) To the extent that items within this article are also\n\nwithin Articles 3 and 8 of this title, they are subject to those\n\narticles. If there is conflict, this article governs Article 3, but\n\nArticle 8 governs this article.\n\n(b) The liability of a bank for action or nonaction with\n\nrespect to any item handled by it for purposes of presentment,\n\npayment or collection is governed by the law of the place where the\n\nbank is located.
