Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-4A-104","heading":"Funds transfer - Definitions","body":"FUNDS TRANSFER - DEFINITIONS\n\nIn this Article:\n\n(a) \"Funds transfer\" means the series of transactions,\n\nbeginning with the originator's payment order, made for the purpose\n\nof making payment to the beneficiary of the order. The term\n\nincludes any payment order issued by the originator's bank or an\n\nintermediary bank intended to carry out the originator's payment\n\norder.
