Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-4A-106","heading":"Time payment order is received","body":"TIME PAYMENT ORDER IS RECEIVED\n\n(a) The time of receipt of a payment order or communication\n\ncanceling or amending a payment order is determined by the rules\n\napplicable to receipt of a notice stated in Section 1-202 of this\n\ntitle. A receiving bank may fix a cut-off time or times on a funds-\n\ntransfer business day for the receipt and processing of payment\n\norders and communications canceling or amending payment orders.\n\nDifferent cut-off times may apply to payment orders, cancellations,\n\nor amendments, or to different categories of payment orders,\n\ncancellations, or amendments. A cut-off time may apply to senders\n\ngenerally or different cut-off times may apply to different senders\n\nor categories of payment orders. If a payment order or\n\ncommunication canceling or amending a payment order is received\n\nafter the close of a funds-transfer business day or after the\n\nappropriate cut-off time on a funds-transfer business day, the\n\nreceiving bank may treat the payment order or communication as\n\nreceived at the opening of the next funds-transfer business day.\n\n(b) If this Article refers to an execution date or payment date\n\nor states a day on which a receiving bank is required to take\n\naction, and the date or day does not fall on a funds-transfer\n\nbusiness day, the next day that is a funds-transfer business day is\n\ntreated as the date or day stated, unless the contrary is stated in\n\nthis Article.","path":["OK Code","Title 12A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os12A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"63ca6a23f81ab5c482aaffc227aca0c3a4e3a81069160222e8ab9b843f483b08","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-4a-105","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-4a-107"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
