Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-4A-108","heading":"Relationship to Electronic Fund Transfer Act","body":"RELATIONSHIP TO ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER ACT\n\n(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, this\n\nArticle does not apply to a funds transfer any part of which is\n\ngoverned by the Electronic Fund Transfer Act of 1978 (Title XX,\n\nPublic Law 95-630, 92 Stat. 3728, 15 U.S.C. Section 1693 et seq.) as\n\namended from time to time.\n\n(b) This Article applies to a funds transfer that is a\n\nremittance transfer as defined in the Electronic Fund Transfer Act\n\nof 1978 (15 U.S.C. Section 1693o-1) as amended from time to time,\n\nunless the remittance transfer is an electronic fund transfer as\n\ndefined in the Electronic Fund Transfer Act of 1978 (15 U.S.C.\n\nSection 1693a) as amended from time to time.\n\n(c) In a funds transfer to which this Article applies, in the\n\nevent of an inconsistency between an applicable provision of this\n\nArticle and an applicable provision of the Electronic Fund Transfer\n\nAct of 1978, the provision of the Electronic Fund Transfer Act of\n\n1978 governs to the extent of the inconsistency.","path":["OK Code","Title 12A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os12A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4184397aac6deb775798f5c62e8d8e3540d290b7ec76d0ef2e40442a63d9c1eb","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-4a-107","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-4a-201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
