Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-4A-201","heading":"Security procedure","body":"SECURITY PROCEDURE\n\n\"Security procedure\" means a procedure established by agreement\n\nof a customer and a receiving bank for the purpose of (i) verifying\n\nthat a payment order or communication amending or canceling a\n\npayment order is that of the customer, or (ii) detecting error in\n\nthe transmission or the content of the payment order or\n\ncommunication. A security procedure may impose an obligation on the\n\nreceiving bank or the customer and may require the use of algorithms\n\nor other codes, identifying words, numbers, symbols, sounds,\n\nbiometrics, encryption, callback procedures, or similar security\n\ndevices.
