Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-4A-206","heading":"Transmission of payment order through funds-transfer","body":"or other communication system.\n\nTRANSMISSION OF PAYMENT ORDER THROUGH FUNDS-TRANSFER OR OTHER\n\nCOMMUNICATION SYSTEM\n\n(a) If a payment order addressed to a receiving bank is\n\ntransmitted to a funds-transfer system or other third-party\n\ncommunication system for transmittal to the bank, the system is\n\ndeemed to be an agent of the sender for the purpose of transmitting\n\nthe payment order to the bank. If there is a discrepancy between\n\nthe terms of the payment order transmitted to the system and the\n\nterms of the payment order transmitted by the system to the bank,\n\nthe terms of the payment order of the sender are those transmitted\n\nby the system.
