Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-4A-503","heading":"Injunction or restraining order with respect to funds","body":"transfer.\n\nINJUNCTION OR RESTRAINING ORDER WITH RESPECT TO FUNDS TRANSFER\n\nFor proper cause and in compliance with applicable law, a court\n\nmay restrain (i) a person from issuing a payment order to initiate a\n\nfunds transfer, (ii) an originator's bank from executing the payment\n\norder of the originator, or (iii) the beneficiary's bank from\n\nreleasing funds to the beneficiary or the beneficiary from\n\nwithdrawing the funds.
