Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-5-110","heading":"Warranties","body":"Warranties.\n\n(a) If its presentation is honored, the beneficiary warrants:\n\n(1) To the issuer, any other person to whom presentation\n\nis made, and the applicant that there is no fraud or\n\nforgery of the kind described in subsection (a) of\n\nSection 5-109 of this title; and\n\n(2) To the applicant that the drawing does not violate any\n\nagreement between the applicant and beneficiary or any\n\nother agreement intended by them to be augmented by\n\nthe letter of credit.\n\n(b) The warranties in subsection (a) of this section are in\n\naddition to warranties arising under Articles III, IV, VII and VIII\n\nof this title because of the presentation or transfer of documents\n\ncovered by any of those articles.","path":["OK Code","Title 12A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os12A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"1204dabd35046be7c72c0ed4ab26397af37e23e02507b6a478f8a84efd55eaf9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-5-109","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-5-111"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
