Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-7-104","heading":"Negotiable and nonnegotiable document of title","body":"Negotiable and Nonnegotiable Document of Title.\n\n(a) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (c) of this\n\nsection, a document of title is negotiable if by its terms the goods\n\nare to be delivered to bearer or to the order of a named person.\n\n(b) A document of title other than one described in subsection\n\n(a) of this section is nonnegotiable.
