Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-A-102","heading":"Definitions.","body":"DEFINITIONS\n(a)  As used in this article:\n(1)  \"Adjustment date\" means July 1, 2025, or the date that is one (1) year after the effective date of this act, whichever is later;\n(2)  \"Article 12\" means Article 12 of the Uniform Commercial Code; and\n(3)  \"Article 12 property\" means a controllable account, controllable electronic record, or controllable payment intangible.\n(b)  The following definitions in other articles of the Uniform Commercial Code apply to this article:\n\"Controllable account\", Section 1-9-102 of this title.\n\"Controllable electronic record\", Section 12-102 of this title.\n\"Controllable payment intangible\", Section 1-9-102 of this title.\n\"Financing statement\", Section 1-9-102 of this title.\n(c)  Article 1 of this title contains general definitions and principles of construction and interpretation applicable throughout this article.","path":["Title 12A - Commercial Code"],"source_url":"https://search.oklegislature.gov/documents/statutes/os/os_12A-A-102.rtf","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-27T03:42:18Z","sha256":"372e0403fce31bbc29e3e15bd96a04fe51e4f2cbf7e395afaf6c1502ec33df6b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-a-101","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-12a-12a-a-201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
