Stat. tit. 13, § 13-176.12","heading":"Conditions for use of intercepted communication as","body":"evidence or disclosure at trial.\n\nThe contents of any intercepted wire, oral or electronic\n\ncommunication or evidence derived therefrom shall not be received in\n\nevidence or otherwise disclosed in any trial, hearing or other\n\nproceeding unless each party, not less than ten (10) days before the\n\ntrial, hearing or proceeding, has been furnished with a copy of the\n\ncourt order and accompanying application under which the\n\ninterception was authorized.
