Stat. tit. 13, § 13-176.3","heading":"Prohibited acts - Felonies – Penalties - Venue","body":"Except as otherwise specifically provided in this act, any\n\nperson is guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and upon conviction\n\nshall be punished by a fine of not less than Five Thousand Dollars\n\n($5,000.00), or by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B\n\nthrough F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by\n\nboth who:\n\n1. Willfully intercepts, endeavors to intercept or procures any\n\nother person to intercept or endeavor to intercept any wire, oral or\n\nelectronic communication;\n\n2. Willfully uses, endeavors to use or procures any other\n\nperson to use or endeavor to use any electronic, mechanical or other\n\ndevice to intercept any oral communication;\n\n3. Willfully discloses or endeavors to disclose to any other\n\nperson the contents of any wire, oral or electronic communication,\n\nknowing or having reason to know that the information was obtained\n\nin violation of the provisions of the Security of Communications\n\nAct;\n\n4. Willfully uses or endeavors to use the contents of any wire,\n\noral or electronic communication, knowing or having reason to know\n\nthat the information was obtained in violation of the provisions of\n\nthe Security of Communications Act;\n\n5. Willfully and maliciously, without legal authority, removes,\n\ninjures or obstructs any telephone or telegraph line, or any part or\n\nappurtenances or apparatus connected thereto, or severs any wires\n\nthereof;\n\n6. Sends through the mail or sends or carries any electronic,\n\nmechanical or other device with the intention of rendering the\n\ndevice primarily useful for the purpose of the illegal interception\n\nof wire, oral or electronic communications in violation of the\n\nprovisions of the Security of Communications Act;\n\n7. Manufactures, assembles, possesses or sells any electronic,\n\nmechanical or other device with the intention of rendering the\n\ndevice primarily useful for the purpose of the illegal interception\n\nof wire, oral or electronic communications in violation of the\n\nprovisions of the Security of Communications Act; or\n\n8. Willfully uses any communication facility in committing or\n\nin causing or facilitating the commission of any act or acts\n\nconstituting one or more of the felonies enumerated in Section 176.7\n\nof this title.
