Stat. tit. 13, § 13-176.7","heading":"Court order authorizing interception of communications","body":"The Attorney General, upon application by a district attorney,\n\nmay make application to a judge of competent jurisdiction for, and\n\nsuch judge may grant in conformity with the Security of\n\nCommunications Act, an order authorizing the interception of wire,\n\noral or electronic communications by any law enforcement agency of\n\nthis state or any political subdivision thereof having\n\nresponsibility for the investigation of the offense as to which the\n\napplication is made, when such interception may provide evidence of\n\nacts of biochemical terrorism, terrorism, terrorism hoax, and\n\nbiochemical assault, as defined in Section 1268.1 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, the commission of the offense of murder, the\n\ncultivation or manufacture or distribution of narcotic drugs or\n\nother controlled dangerous substances as defined in the Uniform\n\nControlled Dangerous Substances Act, trafficking in illegal drugs as\n\ndefined in the Trafficking in Illegal Drugs Act, the trafficking of\n\nhumans for labor or for commercial sex as defined in Section 748 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the pandering of humans for sex\n\nas provided in Section 1081 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes or\n\nthe prostitution of a child as defined in Section 1030 of Title 21\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes, child sexual exploitation or permitting\n\nchild sexual exploitation as defined in Section 843.5 of Title 21 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes, soliciting sexual conduct or communication\n\nwith a minor by use of technology as defined in Section 1040.13a of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and any conspiracy to commit the\n\ncrimes specifically enumerated in this section.","path":["OK Code","Title 13"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os13.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9b2ce92e59f8752855b7e0be2e1e00563ecb13b629e12924d949a50755fc9f77","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-13-13-176.6","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-13-13-176.8"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
