Stat. tit. 13, § 13-204","heading":"Penalty - Invalidity of bond","body":"Any officer, agent, or representative of any company,\n\ncorporation, association or firm, or any other person who shall\n\nviolate any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a\n\nmisdemeanor and be punished by a fine of not less than One Hundred\n\nDollars ($100.00), nor more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00),\n\nand by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not less than\n\nthirty days, nor more than one year.
