Stat. tit. 14, § 14-108","heading":"Qualifications of candidates","body":"To file as a candidate for the House of Representatives in any\n\nHouse district, a person must have been a registered voter in such\n\ndistrict and a resident residing within such district for the six-\n\nmonth period immediately preceding the first day of the filing\n\nperiod prescribed by law. Except, however, to file as a candidate\n\nfor the House of Representatives in any House district in 2022, a\n\nperson must have been a registered voter and a resident residing in\n\nsuch district no later than December 31, 2021.
