This act shall be known and may be cited as the \"State House\n\nof Representatives Redistricting Act of 2021\".\n\nB. For purposes of the State House of Representatives\n\nRedistricting Act of 2021:\n\n1. The total state population based on the 2020 Federal\n\nDecennial Census is three million nine hundred fifty-nine thousand\n\nthree hundred fifty-three (3,959,353) persons;\n\n2. The ideal House district contains thirty-nine thousand two\n\nhundred two (39,202) persons; and\n\n3.
