The Legislature declares that careful and diligent efforts\n\nhave been put forth in the preparation of the State House of\n\nRepresentatives districts described in this act; provided, however,\n\nif by some scrivener's error any census block has been inadvertently\n\nand unintentionally placed as to be noncontiguous with the remainder\n\nof the district to which it has been assigned, then it shall be the\n\nduty of the Legislature in 2022 to correct such scrivener's error to\n\npreserve the contiguity in such district.\n\nB. Any unassigned land within a district not specifically\n\nprovided for in this act shall be construed to be a part of the\n\ndistrict in which it is located.\n\nC. If the State House of Representatives Redistricting Act of\n\n2021 or the State Senate Redistricting Act of 2021 requires any\n\ncounty election board to create precincts pursuant to Section 3-116\n\nof Title 26 of the Oklahoma Statutes where no persons reside, it\n\nshall be the duty of the Speaker of the House of Representatives and\n\nthe President Pro Tempore of the Senate to adjust House or Senate\n\ndistrict lines to prevent the creation of precincts where no persons\n\nreside.
