Stat. tit. 14, § 14-80.35.16","heading":"Precincts where no persons reside","body":"If the State Senate Redistricting Act of 2021 and the State\n\nHouse of Representatives Redistricting Act of 2021 would require any\n\ncounty election board to create precincts pursuant to Section 3-116\n\nof Title 26 of the Oklahoma Statutes, where no persons reside, it\n\nshall be the duty of the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the\n\nSpeaker of the House of Representatives to adjust Senate or House\n\ndistrict lines to prevent the creation of precincts where no persons\n\nreside.
