Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-2-202.1","heading":"Return of dishonored check, negotiable order of","body":"withdrawal or share draft - fee.\n\nThe seller may charge and collect from the buyer a fee for each\n\nreturn by a bank or other depository institution of a dishonored\n\ncheck, negotiable order of withdrawal or share draft issued by the\n\nbuyer in connection with a consumer credit sale. The amount of the\n\nfee shall be limited to the amount which the Oklahoma Tax\n\nCommission, Service Oklahoma, or a licensed operator may charge and\n\ncollect pursuant to the provisions of Section 1121 of Title 47 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes.
