Stat. tit. 14A, § 14A-2-206","heading":"Credit service charge on consolidation","body":"If a buyer owes an unpaid balance to a seller with respect to a\n\nconsumer credit sale, refinancing, or consolidation, and becomes\n\nobligated on another consumer credit sale, refinancing, or\n\nconsolidation, with the same seller, the parties may agree to a\n\nconsolidation resulting in a single schedule of payments pursuant to\n\neither of the following subsections:\n\n(1) The parties may agree to refinance the unpaid balance with\n\nrespect to the previous sale pursuant to the provisions on\n\nrefinancing (Section 2-205) and to consolidate the amount financed\n\nresulting from the refinancing by adding it to the amount financed\n\nwith respect to the subsequent sale.
